Get a kilo of Cracked Cell Wall Pine Pollen from China (available from Ebay
or Amazon), buy some 85% alcohol in the pharmacy, and mix it as follows:
100 g ethyl alcohol 85% strength
37 ml distilled water
27.5 g cracked wall pine pollen powder
Mix ingredients together in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well, and store in a cool dark place for 14 days, shaking once each day.
Filter through a coffee filter, retaining the liquid. Note the volume of the liquid, and add an equal amount of water (in addition to the 37 ml) to cut its strength. Store in a dropper bottle.
